3. not belong to any scholarship in the same scheme
4. Admitted on university with minimum accreditated B
5. active student and registered on PDDIKTI

6. Certificate and transcript (Master and Doctoral).

9. Disertation Research Plan for Doctoral Program.
10. recommendation letter by the authority or professor (format as follow).
11. Pledge of Not Awardee of any government scholarship (format as follow).
12. Certificate of Achievement (minimum Regency/City level)
13. Essay in Bahasa Indonesia minimal 1.000 words for S1 dan 1.500 for S2/S3.
